There’s this place in Shanghai that people line up forever for. It’s called Shanghai Nanxiang Xiaolongbao, and is located in City God’s Temple. It is famous for their authentic soup dumplings. Tiny steamed dumplings filled with soup and meat, and giant ones filled with crab soup. Kinda crazy drinking HOT soup from a straw, but it is yummy…even though your tongue is burnt and can’t feel or taste anything for days.
